So what is home maintenance and care? No more need for you to get 5 different guys to take care of your property. We will do repairs/renos, landscaping, gutter cleaning, power washing, painting, cleaning for turns or short term rentals, light plumbing and light electrical and everything in between. We will also take care of all the little things like changing light bulbs, smoke detectors, HVAC filters, and anything else you can think of!

Cleaning and Airbnb hosting
Heidi is a certified Occupational therapist and after the birth of our first son she went part time with that role. She now runs the cleaning side of PropCare RVA and will onboard Short term rental owners. Heidi has extensive experience in making sure no stone is left un turned in your airbnb cleaning or long term rental turn cleaning!
